Enough OPC for me...

<img src='http://www.gayfamilyoptions.com/./pictures/listings/th_medium_114_2.jpg'; align='left'; height='80'>
Other people's children are terrific. I should know. I've been entrusted with them since the fourth grade. And I have always loved being the one who's known for my talent with kids, because I knew that when it was my turn, I'd be more than qualified for that job.

So how did I end up in the swollen ranks of women who 'forgot to have kids'? The same way most do in this economic era. But as a performing artist and then journalist, I was especially in the wrong line for providing a secure home.

Now, as a college administrator and home owner, the stage is set for co-parenting. I'm not eager to jump into a relationship to make this happen. In fact, I'm not eager to jump into a relationship at all. My social circle is broad and bright. The only elements missing are a child and the father who shares in the process.

I pay a high price to keep my insurance current so when the right co-parent comes along, I can provide hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of assisted reproduction, well-mother care and well-baby care. I am seeking a man or male couple desirous of assuming some of the traditional aspects of fatherhood. That means I am grateful for the contribution of biological material, but my insurance covers that. I'd be looking for someone who wants to involve not only his biological material, hugs and kisses and ice cream and baseball, but also the material security that fathers throughout history have been responsible for creating.
